CAFE ReadingThis year, we are taking ownership of our own reading by using a CAFE reading board! CAFE is an acronym for Comprehension, Accuracy, Fluency, and Expanding vocabulary.
In 4th grade, we will be learning many strategies that are used by successful readers. Throughout the year, each student will set individual reading goals as we decide which strategies to focus on based on his or her individual needs.
